1. Acceptance of terms

By subscribing to FundingNotify, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

FundingNotify is an independent automated alert service. When you configure Gmail forwarding, our system monitors your inbox for NAIT funding emails and alerts you via SMS and automated phone call. We are not affiliated with NAIT in any way.

3. Subscription and payment

• $20 CAD one-time payment per session (Winter, Spring, or Summer)
• No automatic renewal — your subscription ends when the session ends or when the alert fires
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe
• The session covered is the one active at the time of your subscription

4. Your responsibilities

• Configure Gmail forwarding correctly following the provided setup guide
• Ensure your phone number is correct and able to receive calls and SMS
• Keep your Gmail inbox under its storage limit (a full inbox blocks email receipt)
• Provide accurate information at registration

5. Limitations of liability

FundingNotify operates on a best-effort basis. We are not liable for:

• NAIT changing the format or content of its funding emails
• Delays caused by Gmail forwarding, phone carrier delivery, or internet outages
• Missed alerts caused by incorrect setup on your part
• NAIT's decision on your funding application

Our sole obligation is to attempt to alert you when a funding email is detected. See our refund policy for details on remedies.

6. Consent to automated communications

By subscribing, you consent to receive automated SMS messages and phone calls from FundingNotify at the number provided. You may withdraw consent at any time by cancelling your subscription or replying STOP to any SMS.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your subscription and refund your payment if we detect abuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

En vous abonnant à FundingNotify, vous acceptez ces Conditions d'utilisation. Si vous n'acceptez pas, n'utilisez pas le service.

2. Description du service

FundingNotify est un service indépendant d'alerte automatique. Lorsque vous configurez le transfert Gmail, notre système surveille votre boîte de réception pour les e-mails de funding NAIT et vous alerte par SMS et appel téléphonique automatisé. Nous ne sommes en aucun cas affiliés à NAIT.

3. Abonnement et paiement

• 20 $ CAD paiement unique par session (Hiver, Printemps ou Été)
• Pas de renouvellement automatique — votre abonnement se termine à la fin de la session ou lorsque l'alerte est déclenchée
• Le paiement est traité de manière sécurisée par Stripe
• La session couverte est celle en cours au moment de votre inscription

4. Vos responsabilités

• Configurer correctement le transfert Gmail en suivant le guide fourni
• S'assurer que votre numéro de téléphone est correct et peut recevoir des appels et SMS
• Maintenir votre boîte Gmail sous sa limite de stockage
• Fournir des informations exactes lors de l'inscription

5. Limitation de responsabilité

FundingNotify fonctionne sur la base du meilleur effort possible. Nous ne sommes pas responsables de :

• Les modifications par NAIT du format ou du contenu de ses e-mails de funding
• Les délais causés par le transfert Gmail, la livraison par l'opérateur ou les pannes Internet
• Les alertes manquées dues à une configuration incorrecte de votre part
• La décision de NAIT concernant votre demande de funding

6. Consentement aux communications automatisées

En vous abonnant, vous consentez à recevoir des SMS automatisés et des appels téléphoniques de FundingNotify au numéro fourni. Vous pouvez retirer votre consentement à tout moment en annulant votre abonnement ou en répondant STOP à tout SMS.

7. Résiliation

Nous nous réservons le droit de résilier votre abonnement et de rembourser votre paiement en cas d'abus, d'activité frauduleuse ou de violation des présentes conditions.

8. Loi applicable

Ces conditions sont régies par les lois de la Province d'Alberta et les lois fédérales du Canada qui s'y appliquent.
